This has been a very very long time coming, I had hoped to have this done a month and a half ago but alas I didn’t manage to find the time, but its done now… well mostly.

Welcome to 6.1 a much better looking Emerald Coast!

But looks aren’t everything you know, no you have to have content to back it up and I’ve begun working on that, firstly I’ve restored the old wallpapers section to its former glory, and I do plan on more coming soon. There are also a few subtle things hidden away that an inquisitive person may be able to dig up but I’m not going to give anything away.

I’ve also updated the look of the Just In Time page a bit and adjusted a few other pages.

That’s about it for now, I did plan on doing more but due to time constraints I’ve had to push a few features back to 6.2 so for now enjoy Emerald Coasts new look and I’ll have more content for you soon, who knows I may even get back to Just in Time!

Yeah if you hadn’t of guessed it the waiting game has a plot to it, its a bit slow this week but things should warm up a bit next week.

Huh… what’s this? Why is there a countdown on my website? And what is it counting down to?

This week is all about Sonic fan games, and what they mean to other fans, are they a cool way of expressing peoples love for a franchise, or are they cheap knock off’s of the real thing, do they take what Sonic has done and improve on it or do they just suck?

Tune in 8pm (GMT) Wednesday only on SSR and make yourself heard in the sonic stadium chatroom.

So yeah I still don’t have a comic for you guys, but checking my emails this afternoon I find that a certain T. A. Black has sent me a guest comic which comes in rather handy right now.

‘Sigh,’ I guess I really should get back to doing some sprite comics shouldn’t I?

Hi guys, yeah sorry to say but I’ve not done a comic for today, but I do have a good excuse I have a new love in my life. She’s 42 inches of pure perfection, her name just rolls of your tongue, and she renders the most stunning high definition images…

OK, so I got a new TV and its a really good one that has kept me distracted from my site work but I promise I will have another comic soon.

Well once again I’m doing a radio show Wednesday, and this week I have a topic planned already! I’m going to be talking about Sonic fan characters and if they are an original way of expressing peoples love for the franchise or are they just cheap rip off’s of the main cast.

Once again I have failed to do a Just in Time, I have however managed to throw together a Sonic Short, which is actually the start of a nice short story line I’ve had in the back of my mind for a while now, and for those of you who are interested yes it is based on real life… well the start of it is its going to get blurry in the middle of the plot but you’ll have to wait and see on that.

What’s also interesting is that yesterday I got an email saying a certain item I’ve been waiting for, for a long time got dispatched today, yes very strange.

Just a heads up that I will be doing a radio show on SSR this Wednesday at 8pm, rather than the 9pm I’ve been doing recently, there are several good reasons for choosing the earlier time which essentially boil down to it being earlier so I’m less tired and the fact Urtheart is back on at 9pm.

I haven’t quiet made a decision what I’m going to talk about this week yet, so I may have to fall back on my emergency back up plan (be afraid), of course you can make the show more interesting by joining the irc chatroom (you need an irc client to view this I recommend the chatzilla plugin if you have firefox) and making requests for songs/annoying me.

So listen in to SSR from 8pm (GMT) Wednesday for EC Airwaves and Urtheart’s Boombox (9pm GMT), it’s just like the Sunday SSR line up except two hours later in the day.

Yup that’s right for those of you who don’t know I’ve been filling in for Urtheart on SSR at 9pm (UK time) Wednesday for the last few weeks and tonight looks like the last time I’ll be filling in for him, so I guess this one will be my last show for a while… or will it?
