You may have noticed a few changes to Emerald Coast today, why? Well this is a very special month for the site, five years ago this month I started Emerald Coast (the exact day has been lost to the mists of time). Yeah, I’ve been at this for half a decade now, so I thought it would be fitting to give the site a bit of a face lift to celebrate… yes I know I do one about every six months but I’m going to make this one stick a while otherwise Urtheart has permission to break my legs… I kid you not.

Plus this time round it’s a bit more of a face lift, I’ve added the ability to leave comments on all news posts, and thrown in a theme switcher (top right navigation) for good measure which I hope to add to periodically. That’s about it for now, I’ve got a bit more tweaking to do since I broke a few pages with this change but all should be running smoothly shortly, for now enjoy the new look Emerald Coast!
