I really wish I could churn these out a little faster, especially since I now have a rough script in my head but alas it takes time to sprite and life keeps stealing my time, anyway I should stop wasting time complaining and give you a comic, enjoy!
Hmm, issue 100 is coming up, I should plan something for that.
Okay I apologies for the delay of a week but I wanted to get all my ducks in the row for this, namely do some new sprites that may or may not have been influenced by Sonic Boom… okay yes they were, but they fit the situation… now on with the show!
SEGA have gone and put up a video explaining a bit more about the ideas of the new Sonic Boom game and TV show, including interviews with the game developers and TV show runner you start to clearer idea of what they are trying to do…
… and I know I’m probably going to get flamed for saying this but I like it.
As an extra side note, no comic tomorrow, it’s taking longer than I thought to develop the sprites… for once the script isn’t the problem!
No comic this week, I’m still developing the next plot line and I haven’t quiet had enough time to work it all out, so in the meantime go watch the latest episode of EC News… that’s right it’s back!
Firstly, I am going to apologies for breaking up the story-arch like this.
I am actually having a tad bit of writers block on this whole deal between Chase and John which accomplishes two things. Give me practice for comic-violence; and show just how tough the guy in armor is.
However, I have had a spurt of drawing before I even started this whole MORTIMOR IS A DOUCHE’ (not really) IN GAMES Arch. I blame Nemain and Isotope Cross for the following tale of macabre horror. (in three parts).
…also I am using Open Canvas 5.5; the comic was ‘done’ in the standard form I’ve USED to do them, but I brushed up on the comic with my new software, u like? .3.
I couldn’t resist, EC News is back after a very long hiatus for a second season, new and improved with after effects (work in progress I’m still getting my head round this thing) and show notes because doing forty takes before I get it right is just annoying, saying that this still took about thirty takes.
Also I may have had a hair cut… and a shave since my last video deal with it.
So a last minute re-write and I have a comic ready on time for Wednesday (because I plan well ahead). Once again I’d like to thank my dozen or so loyal readers… at least I hope I still have a dozen your all great for tolerating the bits that dribble out of my brain each week that I stick on the internet and call a comic.
Now I’ll be the first to admit I’m not the biggest fan of Bowling for Soup’s work on the Sonic games, but sometimes you just get an awesome remix track… this is one of them, enjoy!
