For the last few months there has been one part of the site that has been rather neglected, the game archive page was just a list of Sonic games that have come out over the years, that is until today.

Today I’d like to announce the addition of Sonic Colours to the Games archive page, the first of what I hope to be many such pages once I’ve finished refining the layout a bit more. I am however not just stopping there, I’ve also added a Sonic Colours section to the official artwork page and created a screenshots section where you can now find screens from both the DS and Wii version of the game.

Not only this but I’ve created a little widget for Sonic Colours as a kind of quick nav to all the relevant sections for the game, to much there now but I am planing on adding more soon.

So to summarise, game section now open, new official artwork, new screenshots, and funky new widget thing, overall not too bad as a product of the bank holiday weekend.

The trudge towards completing the Sonic X Archie comics continues, with 21-30 added I’m three quarters done and then I can forget about them ever happening.

Now if you’ll excuse me I need to take a shower I feel unclean.

I’ve been thinking it’s about time Emerald Coast got a bit of a face lift, and what better way to do that than with a new skin for the site?

But who to choose? Which character out of the oh so many should I go with, Knuckles would be the logical choice completing the holy trinity of original characters but then I think Knuckles gets too much love as it is, Amy… err no, Shadow… maybe, Silver… hell no, hmm this is tough… okay how’s about Blaze? She never gets much fan love! So yeah enjoy the brand new Blaze skin… oh and kudos to anyone who gets all the references hidden away. (You can change Emerald Coasts skin by choosing from the list at the top of the right hand navigation.

It’s time to indulge once again in one of the worst spin off’s from the Sonic series, I’ve uploaded Archie’s Sonic X issues 11-20 to the archive.

Now if you excuse me I feel dirty so I’m going to take a shower.

Just in case you guys didn’t know who we were we’ve opened a new page telling you exactly who is who at Emerald Coast.

Thankfully the EC crew got to meet up at Summer of Sonic to get some group photos, hopefully they won’t be the last either.

Okay, so I’m up to date with Sonic the Hedgehog, and Sonic Universe, so it’s time to start filling in some more of those gaps.

Unfortunately next on my list is the Sonic X comic series, I was very tempted to give this a miss as it is a truely terrible comic, no offence meant at the writers and artists they did the best job they could within the constraints of the Sonic X series it’s just well rubbish. So why not just give it a miss? Well I’m a completioinist, I have to have everything up to date and accurate otherwise I’m not happy, I guess that’s why I’ve collected so much rubbish over the years, anyway I’m getting off topic, here’s Archie’s Sonic X 1-10, read it if you dare.!

I LIVE! Well kind of, Im still on my holidays but I just poped up on the internet breifly to say hi, and also to remind Urtheart who really runs the show, he will be in for a grilling in a few days when I get back.

In the menatime I strongly suggest you listen to Radio Redux on SEGA Sonic Radio this Sunday at 7pm BST, why? Well AAUK has a very special announcement lined up, something that will make you guys very happy. I sadly will not be able to listen, and could someone please tell me what the forfit song is I have to do for losing on Wrecks Factor?
